  • Nature of the Product: Our extensions are made from ethically sourced young virgin hair which has never been subjected to chemical treatments, perming, or dyeing. As this is a natural raw material, slight variations in texture and colour may occur. These are not defects but markers of the product's authenticity.

  • Colour Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colours of our products—such as "Blondie," "Cocoa Swirl," and "Golden Drizzle" —as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the colour of the hair in real life.

  • Product Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the specific length or weight (e.g., 50g, 60g, 100g ) you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

3. Orders and Contract

  • Placing an Order: By placing an order for products (e.g., Tape or Weft extensions ), you offer to purchase the goods subject to these Terms.

  • Order Acceptance: Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The contract between us is formed at that point.

  • Rejection of Order: We reserve the right to reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, inability to obtain payment authorisation, or identification of a pricing or product description error.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP/£).

  • Pricing Structure: Prices displayed are for retail customers. If you are a trade account holder purchasing at "Trade Price", specific B2B terms may apply in addition to these consumer terms.

  • Changes: Prices for products (ranging from £95.62 to £300+ depending on length and type ) are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched.

  • VAT: Prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.

  • Risk and Title: The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Hygiene Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Donia hair. However, due to the nature of our products, strict hygiene rules apply.

  • Cooling-off Period: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • The Hygiene Seal (Crucial): Hair extensions are a hygiene product. We cannot accept returns if the hygiene seal/binding holding the hair together has been broken or removed.

  • Condition of Returns:

    • The hair must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

    • Do not dye, cut, or apply heat to the hair before deciding to keep it.

    • Items appearing worn, smelled of perfume/smoke, or with the seal broken will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

  • Refund Process: Once we inspect and approve the return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Professional Application Disclaimer

Our Tape and Weft products are professional-grade hair extensions intended for application by certified hair stylists.

  • Installation: We strongly recommend that all products be installed by a qualified professional.

  • Liability: Donia is not liable for damage to the hair extensions or your natural hair resulting from improper installation, cutting, colouring, or maintenance.

  • Aftercare: Our hair retains an abundance of nutrients and features intact, healthy cuticles. To maintain this quality, proper professional aftercare must be followed. We are not responsible for defects caused by improper chemical treatments (toning/bleaching) after purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, logos, trade names (e.g., Donia), and imagery showing "real transformations and craftsmanship", is the property of Donia or our licensors.

  • You are not permitted to use our imagery or logo without our express written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, we are not liable for any business losses (e.g., loss of profit) if you are purchasing as a consumer.
